Swimmer Drop-Off
Swimmer drop-off is located on the south side of John Muir Elementary School, along Inner Drive. Drivers should approach the school by turning left from Yellowstone Drive onto Inner Drive to avoid swimmers crossing through traffic. We will have volunteers available to help younger swimmers find their team tent while you park.
Tent City
Tent City will be located on John Muir Elementary School grounds, to the north of the school’s playground. Yellowstone Drive will be closed to traffic between Inner Drive and Shenandoah Way to allow swimmers safe access to the Clerk of Course (located in the pool’s basketball court) and to the pool.
Parking/Bike Parking/Transit
Parking is available on the neighborhood streets surrounding the pool. (Please do not park in the designated Sponsor/Priority Parking spaces that are indicated) Reserved parking for people with handicap plates or tags is located in the pool’s parking lot
Bike to the Meet: Ample bike parking will be located near the pool. We encourage swimmers and families who live close enough to bike to consider doing so.
Take the Bus: Parkcrest Swim & Tennis Club is also located between two BRT stops — on Mineral Point Road and Grand Canyon Drive , and on Mineral Point Road and Island Drive. Both offer a short walk to the pool.
Clerk of Course
The Clerk of Course will be located in the basketball court. Swimmers will enter from the tennis courts after check-in. We will have baskets for shoes, glasses, etc., but swimmers are encouraged to only bring their caps and goggles to Clerk.
First Aid
The First Aid tent will be located near the John Muir playground and near Tent City.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found for valuable items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) will be located at the Volunteer Check-In tent in the tennis court.
